Mr. Jimmy F. Spencer is the Chief Financial Officer and Whole-Time Director for Chemtex Group Companies in India (European MNC) which is an EPC Company involved in building Refineries and Petrochemical Plants and also specializes in providing Design and Engineering services in the field of Petroleum, Petrochemical and Chemical plants globally.

Prior to this assignment Mr. Spencer was the Chief Financial Officer and Whole-Time Director for Burns & McDonnell Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. (BMI) (an American MNC Affiliated Company), which specializes in providing Design and Engineering services in the field of Petroleum, Petrochemical and Chemical plants globally.

Mr. Spencer has been associated with Industry for the last 44 years with extensive experience and background in the Manufacturing as well as Service Industries. His specialty is in the field of Business and Corporate Affairs, with specific expertise in Strategic Business Management, Finance, Legal, Taxation (including International Taxation), HR & IR, IT and Project Procurement.

Mr. Spencer has varied professional International Accreditations such as Certification on International Tax and Law from the Maastricht University, the Netherlands, Post-Graduation Certification in Finance with specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions from the London School of Business and Finance, U.K. and Certificate in Business Analysis and Valuation from London School of Economics & Political Science, U.K.

Mr. Spencer has been involved in several global M&A activities with significant contribution to Business Strategy and Re-structuring. Mr. Spencer has participated at various events as a Speaker / Panelist within India and Overseas on matters related to his line of expertise.

Mr. Sagar Pachpute has rich industrial experience of over 26 years, including Project & Contract Management, Conceptual & detailed engineering, Overall responsibility of Planning & Organizing Project Tasks, Risk Mitigation Plan, Monitoring, Coordinating & Supervising Inter-discipline activities, meeting contractual responsibilities, coordination & communication for the project with Client, PMC & Licensor. He has executed Major projects for Clients such as HPCL, IOCL, CPCL, MRPL, GHCL, Reliance, Rohm and Haas and International Clients Like OCP Maroc, BP & Extelux from various industries like Refineries, Petrochemical, Chemical, Fertilizers, Soda Ash etc.

Ms. Manisha Chimbalkar

Head Operations

Ms. Manisha has over 25 years of experience with the Oil & Gas EPC Industries & has handled the complete EPC Projects management for the Oil companies such as HPCL, IOCL, BPCL, Oil India Ltd., MRPL etc. for turnkey projects. She was Director Operations for more than 14 years with leading EPC company, M/s. Fabtech Projects & Engineers Ltd. India. Having worked in all the areas including Design, Production, QA, Purchase, Marketing, Procurement and Financials i.e. Cash Inflow-Outflow & Marketing i.e. Tendering during her role as the Director Operations for EPC projects in Oil & Gas Sector.
